Compensation

Teamwork is our mantra - we perform the best when all employees are working hand-in-hand. While our salaries and bonus pay are market-based,  we pay for individual performance within the context of our business success.  

Time Off

We offer 20 “flex days” (as of January 1, 2010) throughout the year, over and above the 11 statutory holidays.  And after one year, you also get 15 days annual vacation to recharge your batteries and explore all that Vancouver has to offer.

Benefits and Pension

Our benefits plan is comprehensive and flexible, enabling you to choose the plans that best meet your needs.  Included are options for extended health, dental, life, accident and short and long term disability.

Our pension plan is a defined benefit plan which means that your retirement income is guaranteed based on the plan formula.  It is not subject to market rate returns and is funded through employee and employer contributions.
